Local park gets a new peace garden

To mark the 100 year anniversary of World War I, a Peace Garden has been created in a local park here in North West Leicestershire.
It’s a touching tribute to all of the local people that gave their lives for their country during World War I and every conflict since and it’s a place to go to find a moment of peace and some time to reflect for generations to come.
We were honoured to be asked to be part of this local project, and worked closely with Rosie Biggs of North West Leicestershire District Council to realise the designs she had envisaged.
And here it is, the finished design installed in the garden.
This project got us thinking about recent events and the need for a more peaceful world.
